TGSRTRC to provide 10 pc discount on fare for Telangana-Bengaluru buses

TGSRTC sanctions funds for new bus depots, stations in Telangana

Hyderabad: The Telangana Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has announced a 10 percent discount on fares for buses plying from Telangana to Bengaluru.

Giving more details, TGSRTC managing director VC Sajjanar said, “The discount is available on all services operating to and from the Bengaluru route. It will save Rs 100-160 per passenger.”

Bengaluru: Condemning the attacks on RTC bus staff in Maharashtra and Belagavi for not speaking Marathi, Kannada organisations have announced a Karnataka bandh on March 22. The Chairman of Kannada Okkuta (Federation of Kannada Organizations), an umbrella body of pro-Kannada and other groups, Vatal Nagaraj, made the announcement in Bengaluru after holding a meeting with various Kannada organisations.
