K'taka: Pubs, bars open with 50% seating capacity

After more than five months, pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants in Karnataka will reopen for dine-in service from Tuesday with seating capacity capped at 50% and strict observation of distancing norms.

Bengaluru: Congress-ruled Karnataka government is all set to launch the Shakthi scheme on Sunday which facilitates free bus travel for all women in state owned Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) and other corporations.
